Admission/Visa Processing into Foreign Universities

We are hereby offering you study options in USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, Poland and other countries as applications are currently open for semester 1 of 2020 commencing February/March 2020 or September 2020. If interested, you may contact us by email or telephone. Note that processing of an offer (admission) and visa can take between 1 to 6 months depending on course and institution, hence we request you start processing early. Documents Needed for Admission: In order to receive an offer letter from an Australian college or other universities in the world, you will need to provide us with the following original scanned documents by email:
  • Scanned original international passport (pages with photograph, date of birth etc)
  • Scanned original of academic documents i.e. SSCE, Diplomas, Transcript of Grades, Certificate of Award of Degree• Detailed Resume (CV)
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) Reasons for wanting to study your chosen course, why Australia and future ambitions
  • Completed application form
  • English proficiency test i.e. IELTS, TOEFL or Pearsons test (Diploma program applicants need a score of 5.5, undergraduate program requires 6.0 and postgraduate 6.5)
  • At least 3 course choices (relevant to student's study options and qualifications).
Upon receiving these documents, you will receive an offer (admission letter) from the university. To apply for your student visa, you will need to pay your tuition fee quoted of your offer letter and will be issued with a Confirmation of enrollment by the institution. The following documents will then be needed for your student visa application:
  • Bank statement (can come from anyone/sponsor)
  • Sponsorship letter
  • Proof of relationship with sponsor
  • If sponsorship with a company account, evidence of tax payment and business registration will be required
  • Completed SVP form
  • Confirmation of Enrollment or CASS Letter
  • Letter of Offer
  • SSCE
  • IELTS not needed for UK
  • NYSC (if a university graduate)
  • Academic Transcript of Grades (for university graduates)
  • Certificate of Award (for university graduates)
  • Resume
  • Passport Photograph
  • Photocopy of International Passport
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Completed Visa Application Form
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Medical Test
After getting the visa, our representatives in destination universities will receive students at airport if notification about arrival is passed on to us.
